IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT MUSIC, REAL LIFE, PHOTOS OF RL & A LITTLE FEMINISM AS A SIDE DISH
I am so not writing about fandom any more, it's sad! Really sad, I'm actually appalled by myself. This needs to change and I intend to start that change tomorrow, but for now a short round up of what I've blogged about in the past three months.... (WOW, so little. Damn!!) I also really need to write about Final Fantasy: The Four Heroes of Light, because it is JUST TOO CUTE and has crowns. Crowns ♥!

STARTING WITH SOME MUSIC )
I played a bit Odin Sphere, and did not just use Gwendolyn to amuse myself - which I did last weekend at home ♥!! - but actually got further into Velvet's story. I actually defeated Wagner at the second attempt - which greatly surprised me because I am crap with Velvet - and the story bits made me appreciate her a bit more. It's not that she or her story are boring, I guess it is just that she did not intrigue me much when I saw her during the other's storylines and her own - while being pretty interesting and shedding light upon some things - is just not as compelling as the other ones were. What's pretty funny is that the chapter I played today also involved Gwendolyn and I ended up loving and pretty much adoring my favourite character of the game even more and while the chapter brought me closer to Velvet, too, Gwen just got infinitely more wonderful and tragic!

A friend and me had a huge and total fit of laughter!

DIE MINISTERIN SCHRÖDER RECHNET MIT DEM FEMINISMUS AB und DER MÄDCHENBLOG ANTWORTET.

Where the link to this comic comes from, I forgot but it is so SAD BUT TRUE you have to have a look at IN WHICH WE BETRAY OUR GENDER.

ETA:
ALICE SCHWARZER MELDET SICH ZU WORT und auch DER MÄDCHENBLOG GIBT NOCHMAL EINE ÜBERSICHT UND EIN KOPFSCHÜTTEL ZU DEM THEMA.

BEING ERICA: FINAL EPISODE

(no spoilers, so no worries)
It was PERFECT. I am truly sad that it was the final episode, but IMHO the series did everything right and it was the perfect ending for a great television series. I'm sad to have to live without Erica Strange now, but as Dr. Tom would say: "In the face of difficulty lies opportunity."
